ETHAN ALLEN ROOM

Dramatic Queen size canopy bed in a spacious true colonial setting complete with antiques and brick wood burning fireplace. This room is part of a converted barn and has a salt box ceiling, Private Bath, One Person Spa Tub, 25" Color Cable Remote TV, VCR , A/C, refrigerator and phone equipped with modem outlet and voice mail. PEARL BUCK ROOM

A spacious room with King-size Bed, Gas Fireplace, Private Bath with a wonderful One Person Spa Tub, separate shower and large sink area, 25" Color Cable Remote TV, VCR , A/C, refrigerator and phone equipped with modem outlet and voice mail. A desk area with Pearl Buck Books and Photos, several easy chairs. There is a separate private deck overlooking the pool and a vast panoramic view. GRANDMA MOSES SUITE

A three room suite, Bedroom with King-size brass bed and remote color cable TV, large open living room with couch which opens up to a queen bed, second color cable remote TV with DVD player, Table and chairs with Tiffany style chandelier, desk area and many Grandma Moses prints. a bathroom suite with a two person spa tub, large sink area, refrigerator, separate shower and an additional room with toilet and sink. This room is on the lawn level and has a private deck with lovely view.

NORMAN ROCKWELL SUITE

A three room suite with King-size Bed, 25" Cable Remote TV, DVD player, A/C, refrigerator and phone equipped with modem outlet and voice mail, a sitting room with brick gas fireplace, sofa which opens up to a queen size bed, desk area, second color cable remote TV and many Norman Rockwell prints.

The private bath boasts a two-person Spa tub and a separate shower and large sink area. There is a very large separate private deck overlooking the fields and views of the mountains. (Fireplace operational from mid September to April 30.)

QUEEN TWO BEDROOM SUITE

This suite consists of four rooms, two of which are bedrooms with one queen bed each, a very large and spacious living room with brick wood burning fireplace over which hangs an actual Vermont deer head, 25" color cable remote TV with DVD player, phone with modem outlet and voice mail, table and four chairs ideal for games or a light snack. The living room also has two sofa's that each open up to a queen bed. Because of the individual four sleeping accommodations it is ideal for sleeping a large family (maximum of six). There is A/C and our beautiful bath has a One Person Spa Tub and separate shower. There are two large picture windows and it is very convenient to the outdoor pool, and its own deck.

KING TWO BEDROOM SUITE

There are two identical King suites both consisting of four rooms each. There are two separate bedrooms each with a king bed and 25"Color Remote TV, DVD player, a large living room with sofa bed that opens to a queen bed, a third color cable TV with VCR , stone wood burning fireplace, a table and four chairs, and one Full Bath with Spa Tub. These suites are on lawn level and have a private deck and wonderful views of the mountains and fields. (Fireplaces operational from Mid September to April 30.)

THE GRAND SUITE

Probably one of the most luxurious suites in the Southern Vermont Area. This is a four room suite. It has a living room with brick gas fireplace, desk/bar area with refrigerator and phone with voice mail and modem, large color cable remote console TV with VCR .

There is a half bath off the entry area with large closet, and a sliding glass door opening onto a 24 foot private balcony. It has one bedroom with king bed, secondColor Remote TV, and sliding pocket doors revealing a two person Spa Tub and large sink area. Beyond this is a separate additional room with toilet and European walk-in shower. Truly a suite fit for a king. (Fireplace operational from mid September to April 30th)
