Policies

DEPOSIT POLICY

An advance deposit of one nights rate plus tax is required upon booking your reservation, (via credit card or by check) for each room booked for any one or two nights stays. A deposit of 50% is required for large groups or stays of three nights or longer. Holiday and Special Events will require 50% upon booking and full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and 30 day cancellation applies as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits will be forfeited if a guest arrives after the confirmed arrival date or departs before the final day of the reservation. When given at least 14 days notice of cancellation we will refund the deposit less a $35 per room processing fee. If not given proper advance notice as stated above we will refund your deposit less processing fee ñ only if we are able to re-rent your room as booked... If we are unsuccessful in re-renting your room as you booked it we have no other recourse than to retain your deposit. For Holiday and Special Events a 30 day prior to arrival cancellation notice applies.

NON SMOKING POLICY

Please take notice that according to Vermont Law we are a non smoking property and if it is found that a room has been smoked in, a $100. Fee will be charged.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME

Check in time is from 3:00 PM on. Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00PM and as we are not open 24 hours we would appreciate a phone call if arriving after our office closes. Late checkout may be arranged on some occasions but if this has not been arranged another dayís rental will be charged for unapproved late checkouts.

PET POLICY

We are sorry we cannot allow pets on the property. However we have several kennels for boarding very close by.

MINIMUM STAYS.

A minimum night stays may be required during some periods. Generally there is a 2 or 3 night minimum required on weekends during peak seasons, holiday periods and other high demand periods.

ROOM REQUESTS

If a named room is booked since it is a one of a kind all reservations will be honored. However booking a room where there are multiples of we will not be able to guarantee a specific room number due to arrivals and departures but will make every effort to accommodate you in the same or similar type/style room.
