The Stay
Each stay includes a daily Continental breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, access to a hot tub, Seasonal Swimming pool, onsite bar, retail, and Vermont coffee.
Many rooms are oriented toward the surrounding landscape. Specific views and features vary by room category.
Rooms are defined by layout, position on the property, and architectural features, ranging from Guestrooms and Suites to Special Rooms.
The property is undergoing a full renovation and will reopen on May 15, 2026, refined with a focus on clarity, material integrity, and proportion.

A light Continental breakfast is served 7-10 AM daily. Hours may vary during off season.
For lunch and dinner, we guide guests to nearby restaurants in Manchester. We will have small bites available at the frontdesk from 11 AM - 8 PM.
Yes. The outdoor heated pool is open seasonally from May through October.
There is no on-site spa or fitness center. The experience is designed around space, landscape, and the surrounding area.

Policies
Yes. We allow 2 dogs weighing up to 80 pounds total, for an additional fee of $20 per dog, per night. The hotel offers treats and water bowls. There is a designated grassy area on the premises, and waste bags are provided. Other pets are not permitted.
